Q:
The ZIP Utilities cartridge is not being recognized by the ZIP drive. Why do I keep getting a message that the disk is unreadable?
A:
Disable all System extensions and attempt to reinstall the ZIP drive. If there is no change and the disk is still unreadable, return the ZIP drive to the Point-of-Purchase or exchange it through warranty exchange.
