Q:
The remote control doesn’t work as a wireless mouse. What should I do?
A:
Check the following:

  • Make sure you select Wireless Mouse as the USB Type B setting in the projector’s Extended menu when your computer is connected to the projector’s Computer (Component Video) port.


  • Make sure your computer is configured to work with a USB mouse.


  • Make sure your computer is selected as the source. Press the Computer button on the remote control to select your computer as the source.
Note: The wireless mouse function is supported on Windows and Macintosh systems with a USB port. See Connecting the Cable for Remote Mouse Control for setup instructions.
