There is paper loaded on the tractor unit. Why won't the printer load paper? |
A: |
If you are using letter size (8.5" x 11") paper, make sure the paper is loaded over to the left side of the printer. The paper sensor is located on the left side of the printer. If the sensor does not sense that there is paper loaded, the printer will not operate properly. |
