My Print Manager Plus software does not work with my Epson printer in Windows XP. What should I do?
A:
Download the Windows XP or Windows XP Professional x64 Edition patch. The patch will allow your printer to work with Print Manager Plus. Please contact Software Shelf International, Inc. for additional support.
