I am running the Epson Net WinAssist Utility in a Windows network running TCP/IP, but I don't get any printer listed in the Epson Net WinAssist Window. What could be wrong?
Check the LED's in the Ethernet card, if the RED and GREEN LED's are blinking alternatively, you may have a wiring problem. If the cabling is ok then try resetting the card. To do this, turn the power on while holding down the black button on the card for 5 seconds.
