My prints were coming out fine, but now I’m getting a color shift.
A:
First, print the nozzle pattern from the non-postscript driver in the Utility folder to make sure there are no gaps in the pattern or any colors missing completely. If the nozzle pattern is not complete, then run some cleaning cycles making sure to print the nozzle pattern after each cleaning. Also if using a 3rd party paper, try one of the Epson papers designed for the Pro 5500 printer, making sure to select the appropriate media setting in the driver.
