Check to see if the Paper Out light is flashing, indicating there’s paper jammed inside the printer. If there is a jam see Clear paper jams in the Printer Guide. If grinding occurs from the front and rear and there’s no sign of a paper jam, contact Epson’s technical support for further assistance.
