Epson Stylus Photo Ink Jet Printer

Selected FAQ

Q:
I installed the driver into Windows 95 or 98 and now my printer prints very slow. What's the problem?
A:
Verify that you are using the EPSON Stylus Photo driver. To determine which driver is the default driver, go to the Start menu, select Settings, then Printers. With your right-mouse button, click on the EPSON Stylus Photo icon and look to see if there is a check mark in front of the "Set As Default" option. If it does not have a check mark on "Set As Default," select that option and close the Printers window. Close any background applications running. Close and re-open the application you were trying to print from, then try printing again. Verify your system meets the minimum system requirements. Refer to Chapter 1 of your User's Guide for more information. Also, make sure you are using a fully-shielded parallel cable, preferably 6 feet or less.
