Q:
After I installed my printer software in Windows 95 or 98, I cannot run ScanDisk. What happened?
A:
You must disable Status Monitor 2 when you want to run ScanDisk. To disable Status Monitor 2, right-click on the Status Monitor 2 icon in the taskbar and select "Stop monitoring now".
