A:
Follow these steps to create a custom page size in Mac OS 10.4:

  1. Open your application and select Page Setup from the File menu.
  2. Select Manage Custom Sizes from the Paper Size drop down menu.
  3. From the Custom Page Size screen, click the [ + ] button.
  4. Enter your page size dimensions and margin values, then give your custom page size a name.
  5. Click OK to save your settings.


    6. Your custom page size will be listed under the Paper Size drop down menu, after the default page sizes.
