Q:
Only blank pages come out of the printer. What's wrong?
A:
This could be caused by a software or hardware problem.
The print head nozzles may be clogged. See
Cleaning the Print Head
.
If cleaning the print head doesn’t help,
replace the ink cartridges
.
Make sure your printer is selected in Windows, Mac OS X, or Mac OS 9.x.
Windows
From the File menu, select
Print
. You see a print dialog box like this:
Make sure
EPSON Stylus C82
is selected.
Mac OS X
From the File menu, select
Page Setup
.
Select
C82 Series(USB)
in the Format for menu, then click
OK
.
Select
Print
from the File menu.
Select
C82 Series(USB)
in the Printer menu.
Mac OS 9.x
From the File menu, select
Page Setup
.
Make sure you see
C82 Series
at the top of the dialog box. If you don’t see it, select your printer in the Chooser.
