Q:
Only blank pages come out of the printer. What's wrong?
A:
This could be caused by a software or hardware problem.
  • The print head nozzles may be clogged. See Cleaning the Print Head.

    If cleaning the print head doesn’t help, replace the ink cartridges.



  • Make sure your printer is selected in Windows, Mac OS X, or Mac OS 9.x.


    • Windows
    1. From the File menu, select Print. You see a print dialog box like this:




    2. Make sure EPSON Stylus C82 is selected.


    Mac OS X
    1. From the File menu, select Page Setup.


    2. Select C82 Series(USB) in the Format for menu, then click OK.



    3. Select Print from the File menu.


    4. Select C82 Series(USB) in the Printer menu.




    Mac OS 9.x
    1. From the File menu, select Page Setup.




    2. Make sure you see C82 Series at the top of the dialog box. If you don’t see it, select your printer in the Chooser.
