Why is my printer printing colored pages in black and white?
A:
Your printer software may be set for black only mode.

1. Click on START, SETTINGS, PRINTERS
2. Right click on the EPSON STYLUS C62 icon
3. Click on PROPERTIES
4. Click on the MAIN tab
5. Click on COLOR under the ink section
6. Click APPLY
7. Click OK

Try printing again.
