Only garbled text is printing from my PC. What should I do to solve this? |

Make sure you are using the correct driver. Select the Stylus COLOR 3000 as your default printer driver. Check to see if there are any stalled print jobs in the Spool Manager. Delete all stalled jobs and resume printing. The interface cable may not be securely connected. Turn off the printer and computer. Disconnect and reconnect the cable on both the printer and computer. Make sure the printer is cable is fully-shielded and meets the printer's specifications. |
