I am unable to print to StylusRIP and in the StylusRIP window, the Status window keeps displaying two messages that say "Checking License" and "testing the printer". Why can't I print to StylusRIP?
StylusRIP is not finding the printer. Check to be sure that the printer is on and ready. Check the cable, it must be secure and making good contact on both ends. If the Operate or Pause light are on or flashing, reset the printer and try to print again.
