I did not receive a printer driver disk with this printer. How can I obtain an EPSON Stylus COLOR IIs printer driver?
A:
First select an alternate driver choice (LQ-2550 or LQ-860) from page 2-7 of the "Setup and Software Guide for Windows" until you receive or download the printer driver. You may contact the EPSON Connection Technical Support group to request a printer driver. A shipping and handling charge may be applied to drivers sent by mail. The driver is also available on the Epson internet Website.
