To make your Action Note run reliably with Windows 95, search for a file (on your Windows 95 installation disks or on the hard drive) called: WB16OFF.EXE

Boot to DOS, type: CD\ [ENTER].

Then type: DIR WB16OFF.EXE /S [ENTER] to locate the file.

Copy this file to the root directory ( C:\ ).

Edit your AUTOEXEC.BAT file with DOS EDIT or WORDPAD from the Accessories folder and add the following line at the top of the file: C:\WB16OFF.EXE

Save the AUTOEXEC.BAT file, exit and reboot the PC.

This file helps Windows 95 work with the Cyrix processor's Write-Back cache.
