I am running the Epson Net! Utility in a Windows network running TCP/IP, but I don't get any printer listed in the Epson Net! Window, what could be wrong?
Check the LEDs in the C823572 Ethernet card, if the RED and GREEN LED's are blinking alternatively, you may have a wiring problem. If only the GREEN LED is ON, make sure that the printer is in the same 10BaseT (or 10Base2) segment as the workstation you are working on.
