Q:
When printing to an EPSON ProGraphics Wide format printer, the printing process exhibits breaks or voids in the image that appear to be intermittent line feeds. What can I do to fix this?
A:
The Parallel Interface mode must be changed from ECP mode to Compatible mode. To change the mode, do the following:

1. Pause the printer.

2. Push the Select Type button until the Parallel Interface selection is displayed.

3. Push the ITEM button until the COMPATIBLE mode selection appears.

4. Press the ENTER button to enable the COMPATIBLE mode selection.

5. Take the printer off of Pause. The printer is now ready.
