I upgraded my Mac operating system to OS X 10.6.x (Snow Leopard) from OS X 10.5.x (Leopard), and now I see a message to install Rosetta when I try to launch Epson Scan. What should I do?
A:
The Epson Scan driver v2.77A requires Rosetta to work. Leopard comes with Rosetta pre-installed, but Snow Leopard does not. You’ll need to install Rosetta in Snow Leopard to use Epson Scan v2.77A. Click OK when you see a prompt to install Rosetta to automatically download and install it on your Mac.
