Q:
The scanner was working fine until I connected my printer's parallel cable. What happened?
A:
Make sure that the printer is turned ON when you are using the PhotoPlus. If the PhotoPlus and a printer are connected to the same parallel port, the printer must be ON in order for the scanner to function properly.
