The preliminary test data indicates that the Expression 836XL is one of the fastest large format scanners on the market. Preview time (12" x 17" area) approximately 10 seconds. Full color scans: 24 mounted 35 mm at 400 dpi in approximately 420 seconds. Scan 8.25" x 11.69" at 300 dpi in approximately 32 seconds.
