What does it mean when the Ready light is off and the Error light is flashing? |
A: |
This is an indication that there has been an interface error. This means that the interface setup is wrong or the scanner is not properly connected to the computer. Check the interface connection (refer to Chapter 1, Connecting the Scanner to Your Computer) then press the Reset button or turn the scanner off and then back on to reset it. |
