A line of dots is always missing in the scanned image. What can I do?
A:
If the line of dots is only missing when you print the image, there may be a malfunction in your printer or its print head (refer to your printer manual or dealer). If this occurs on your screen, as well as on your printed output, the scanner's sensor may be malfunctioning and you should consult your dealer for service information.
