Follow the steps below to reinstall the scanner software:
1. Insert your scanner CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive.
2. (Windows) Click Start and Run. At the prompt, type D:\CDSETUP.EXE (where D is your CD-ROM drive letter) then click OK or if the CD autoruns, click English then Add Software button. (Macintosh) Double-click the EPSON TWAIN Pro or TWAIN Pro Network folder, click English then the Installer icon.
3. In the Software Setup window, click on Add Software. Note: If you are using a Macintosh, you must uninstall EPSON TWAIN Pro before reinstalling it.
