I just installed the Epson Scan software for Mac OS X 10.4.x, but it will not run. It just pops up in the Dock and then disappears. What should I do? |

If you're using a Power PC or Intel-based Mac with OS X 10.4.x, your hard drive may be partitioned for Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive/Journaled) or Unix File System. These formats are not supported. You will need to use Mac OS Extended or Mac OS Extended (Journaled) when formatting the partition.
