Q:	I have large image files (>1MB) and Film Factory sometimes does not display or print the full image. The thumbnails look fine, but when I try to look at the full image or print them, they show up as gray boxes.
A:	I am using EPSON Glossy Photo Greeting Card paper and the horizontal and/or vertical positions of my photos are out of alignment. Why don't I get the "edge-to-edge" printing that I want?
