Q:
My display won't come on and I can't get the test pattern.
A:
Turn the projector OFF and disconnect the projector from the computer. Make sure the lamp is installed and is seated correctly. If the projector still fails to display a test pattern, try another lamp, if the lamp still fails to light, then the projector may need to be serviced. If the projector is within its warranty period, contact the EPSON Connection to set up a Road Service or Whole Unit Exchange for the projector.
