ELP-3500 Multimedia Projector

Check to see if the volume setting is not turned all the way down and that the video/audio cable is securely attached to both the projector and the audio source. The A/V mute button on the remote control may have been pressed. Press the A/V mute button again to see if that corrects the issue.
