Why do I have a black or blue or user logo screen? |

The AV/Mute function may be active. If this is the case, you can press the AV/Mute button one time to deactivate it. Also, the computer signal may not be able to be interpreted by the projector. Verify the display format resolution and refresh rate (refer to the User's Guide). |
