Q:
Why do I have a black or blue or user logo screen?
A:
The AV/Mute function may be active. If this is the case, you can press the AV/Mute button one time to deactivate it. Also, the computer signal may not be able to be interpreted by the projector. Verify the display format (refer to the User's Guide).
