How do I print pages in reverse order?
A:
Follow the steps below for your operating system to print a multi-page document in reverse order.

Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP
  1. Open the File menu and select Print.


  2. Click Properties or Preferences.


  3. Click the Main tab.


  4. Select Reverse Order.


  5. Click OK.

Macintosh 10.4.x, 10.5.x, or 10.6
  1. Open the File menu and select Print.


    2. With Macintosh OS X 10.5.x or 10.6, click the  button to expand the Print window, if necessary.

  2. Select Paper Handling from the printer options pop-up menu.


  3. Select Reverse for the Page Order setting.


  4. Click Print.
