Q:
I am unable to receive faxes on my product after changing the settings for the number of rings to answer, V.34, and DRD settings. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:

  1. Press the Copy/Fax button to select Fax mode.


  2. Press the Menu button.


  3. Press  or  to select Restore Default Settings, then press OK.


  4. Select Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings.


  5. Press the 1 key to confirm your selection or the 2 key to cancel it.


  6. Press the Menu button to return to the Fax mode screen.
