When I try to make a copy, the all-in-one doesn't detect the photo placed on the scan bed. What should I do? |

Check the following:
- Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the photos are placed on the scan bed correctly. See Place Originals for Copying or Scanning.
