Q:
I can't get Status Monitor to work over my wireless network. What should I do?
A:
Make sure your all-in-one is connected to the network wirelessly. If the all-in-one is set up as a shared printer, Status Monitor will not work and is not supported. Also avoid any electrical interference from the all-in-one to the router (for example: lights, fan, microwave, appliances).
