What should I do if my product doesn't detect my photos placed on the scanner glass when I use the Copy/Restore Photos function on the control panel? |

Check the following:
- Make sure the scanner glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scanner glass.)
- Make sure the photos are placed on the scanner glass correctly. See Place Originals for Copying, Faxing, or Scanning.

When copying two photos (up to 4 x 6 inches), place them 1/4 inch (5 mm) apart as shown below.
