Q:
I can't get Status Monitor to work over my wireless network. What should I do?
A:
Make sure your product is connected to the network wirelessly. If the product is set up as a shared product, Status Monitor will not work and is not supported. Also avoid any electrical interference from the product to the router (for example: lights, fan, microwave, appliances).
