How do I use Push-Scan function with Image Capture running Mac OS X 10.6.x/10.7.x?
The Push-Scan function can only be used with the printer connected to the Mac via a USB cable.

Do the following:

  1. Install the printer software.

  2. Perform a printer check to make sure it can print and scan.

  3. Press the Scan button.

  4. Select Scan to PC, Scan to Email, or Scan to PDF.

  5. Click USB Connect.

  6. Click OK.

Note: Wi-Fi/Network connection does not support Push-Scan function with Image Capture.
