Q:
A line or line of dots always appears in my scanned images. What should I do?
A:
Try the following:
  • The scanner glass or transparency unit window may need cleaning. Clean the scanner glass. See Cleaning the Scanner.


  • If you still have the problem, the scanner glass may be scratched. Contact Epson for assistance.
