Q:
What should I do if my images and text are not centered when I copy or print on a CD or DVD?
A:
Check the following:
  • If you're copying a CD or DVD, make sure the scanner glass is clean and free of fingerprints, smudges, etc. Clean the scanner glass with a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber is recommended), moistened with a little glass cleaner.


    • Caution: Do not spray glass cleaner directly on the glass and do not press the glass surface with any force.

  • If you're printing from a computer, adjust the print position through your software.
