What are the system requirements for using the product with my computer?

See the requirements below for your computer system.

Windows
  • Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional x64, or Windows XP


  • USB 1.1 Port (minimum) or USB 2.0 port (recommended)


  • For wired connections, a shielded USB "AB" cable up to 6.5 feet (2 meters) long (not required for network connections) or an Ethernet cable. Using an improperly shielded USB cable may cause the product to malfunction.

Mac OS X
  • Mac OS X 10.4.11, 10.5.8, or 10.6.x


  • USB 1.1 Port (minimum) or USB 2.0 port (recommended)
