What are the system requirements for using the product with my computer?

Windows
  • Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional x64, or Windows XP


  • For wired connections, a USB 1.1 port (minimum) or USB 2.0 port (recommended).


  • For wired connections, a shielded USB "AB" cable up to 6.5 feet (2 meters) long. Using an improperly shielded USB cable may cause the product to malfunction.

Mac OS X
  • Mac OS X 10.4.11, 10.5.8, or 10.6.x


  • For wired connectionws, a USB 1.1 port (minimum) or USB 2.0 port (recommended)
