Can I edit documents that I have scanned with Epson Scan?
A:
No. Epson Scan only scans documents as image files and does not convert the scanned document into editable text. To convert your scan into machine-editable text, you will need an (Optical Character Recognition Program) OCR application or similar program, such as ABBYY FineReader.
