Q:
My pen skips when I try to write with it. What should I do?
A:
Try the following:

  • Make sure nothing is blocking the signal between the pen and the Easy Interactive Function receiver on the interactive module.



    • Easy Interactive Function receiver

  • Dim the room lights and turn off any fluorescent lights.


  • Make sure the projection surface and the pen receiver are not in direct sunlight or in another bright light.
