A:
Follow these steps:

  1. If necessary, close the Easy Interactive Tool utility software.


  2. Do one of the following:

    Select Add or Remove Programs > EIToolsvxxx > Remove.

    Mac:
    Open the hard drive and select Applications > Easy Interactive Tools Ver xxx, then run EIToolsVxxx_Uninstaller.
