Q:
My product's manual states that 8.3-inch wide roll paper is supported, but I can't get my roll paper to fit in the holders. What should I do?
A:
The initial manual was printed with the incorrect roll paper specification. The product only supports 13-inch wide rolls. The roll paper holders can only be mounted to support 13-inch wide rolls.
