What should I do if the quality of my printout is unacceptable? |
A: |
If the image looks fine on your computer screen but not when printed, make sure you're using the latest driver version for your printer. Also make sure you select the correct quality option and paper type setting in the Windows or Mac OS X printer software for your print job.
