How can I tell if the computer or the product is causing a print quality problem? |
A: |
You can print a nozzle check pattern to determine whether the print quality problem comes from the product itself or some other source.
If the nozzle check pattern prints with no gaps or missing sections, the product is operating properly and the problem is probably caused by your computer, cable, software, or print settings. Check the Printer Lights or re-install the printer software. If there are gaps in the nozzle check pattern, clean or align the print head. If the page does not print, check the printer lights. If they don't work, contact Epson.
