What should I do if the CD/DVD won't load or jams in the printer?
A:
Try the following:

If the CD/DVD tray won't load or jams in the printer, gently pull it out and then press the paper button, if it is flashing. If an error message continues to appear, turn the printer off and then back on. Reload the tray, making sure the CD/DVD tray is inserted correctly.
