The projector Front and Rear IR ports (Remote Receivers) are picking up frequency signal from the lights ballast. Try the following solutions:

• Turn off either the Front or Rear Remote Receivers in the projector's Settings menu.



• If the projector is controlled either by RS-232C or Ethernet, turn off the Front/Rear Remote Receivers in the projector's Settings menu.

Note: Strong fluorescent lighting, direct sunlight, or infrared device signals may interfere with the projector's remote receivers. Dim the lights or move the projector away from the sun or interfering equipment.
