What should I do if the printout contains incorrect characters? |

Try the following:
Windows 7: Click and select Devices and products. Then right-click EPSON NX130 Series, select See what's printing, right-click the stalled print job, and click Cancel and then Yes.
Windows Vista: Click , select Control Panel, and click product under Hardware and Sound. Then right-click EPSON NX130 Series, select Open, right-click the stalled print job, and click Cancel and then Yes.
Windows XP: Click Start and select products and Faxes. (Or open the Control Panel, select products and Other Hardware if necessary, and then products and Faxes). Then right-click EPSON NX130 Series, select Open, right-click the stalled print job, and click Cancel and then Yes. |
